Those were the days… All taken with Nikon F90x(N90s) and 20mm f/2.8, and probably Ilford HP5+ pushed to 800, in 2003 and early 2004 — right before I got my first DSLR.
Testing BW from Nikon D3
I really like to take black and white jpegs with the D3, reminds me much about film. Very nice tones. Maybe some subtle adjustments, but I’m soon where I want.
I use NEF for everything, but this is 100% untouched jpeg from camera.
D3, AF-D 85mm f/1.8 at 1.8, 1/2500 s, ISO 800, sunny whitebalance preset (even if it wasn’t sunny at all).
